Short bio, few words that define you as an athlete and as a person:

I have been involved in mountain running since I can remember, so from a young age I started to love mountains and nature. At the age of 14 I ran my first international race in Zermatt, Switzerland, the Matterhorn ultraks 17km. A year later I took part on my first World Skyrunning Championship in Andorra where I achieved the 9th place. During that year I also started ski mountaineering because I was excited to learn a sport that you can practice in the winter and go up and down the peaks relatively easily and quickly. It was not long before the first participation in the World Championship in mountaineering skiing 3 years later. At the age of 18 I participated in many international competitions and in fact in one of them at Dolomites vertical I won the 2nd place in my category.

When did you first start your discipline?

Mountain running: Ever since I started running
Mountain skiing: Since I was15 years old

What do you most enjoy about your sport?

That you are in nature and you exceed your limits.

What are your hobbies, profession outside of your sport?

I study TEFFA in Thessaloniki and I like to read books that related with my sport.

From a young age Kilian Jornet was my idol.

To wake up in the morning and after eating a good breakfast to go for a run or ski on a fairly technical route and high enough for the rest of the day until nightfall and go home to take a bath, eat, read a book and go to sleep.
